We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please simply refuse the shipment.
Due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If you have any questions, please see our Shipping Terms and logistic issues or contact our customer service.
You can return unwanted items to us within 9 days. The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.
How do I make a return?
1. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number and the return address by contacting miracle-memory.com Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page. We may need you to provide the items' photos that you want to return.
2. If the return request is approved, you must return within 5 days after receiving the RMA number. Attach a note indicating the reason and RMA number.
3. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
4. Once we accept your return, it can take 1-3 working days for us to process your refund.
1. If the items have to be returned or exchanged because of the quality, M&M will pay for the return.
2. If the items have to be returned or exchanged because of the wrong size/ You don't like them/ Don't look good, Then you will pay for the return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc.
Items must have all tags attached.
customized products will not be eligible for a refund.
If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 9 days of receiving the item, You will not be eligible for a refund.
